Coach Cottage Details

Coach cottage sleeps up to 6 people and has three bedrooms on the ground floor. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedded room suitable for children as the bunks are 2'6 wide. The double bedroom has a small vanity sink and French doors to the west facing patio and parking

The beds have duvets and covers, additional light top covers, and two pillows person. Each cottage has a hairdryer, iron and board, clothes airer, clock radio, and some hot water bottles.

The shower/w.c is on the ground floor and from the hallway, there is the main front door leading out to the walled garden.

A flight of stairs lead to the first floor open plan living area, where there is a spacious lounge with two sofas and one armchair. T.V with freeview,  BT WIFI ( Superfast Broadband from April 2020). Double French doors open onto the small stepping balcony, allowing light, air and garden views into the living space.

At the far end of the living area, is a pine dining table for 6 adjacent to the kitchen. Here there are wall and base units, an under the counter fridge, 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glass ware, cook ware and utensils. A sky light above gives more natural light into the kitchen.

A selection of books, games and local information are available.

Outside the cottage, a pretty walled garden laid to grass, decking and flower beds is shared with Stable cottage. Garden furniture is available in this garden. On the east side there is a patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Parking is available on this side of the property with spaces for about 4 cars. Additional cars can be catered for elsewhere on site. From the patio, a path leads to a low rise barn used as a games room, and houses a washing machine, additional freezer, table tennis table and pool table ( 50p per game for pool).

Oil fired central heating is available in the cottages.
