Waterloo House is a Grade II listed townhouse arranged over three floors with plenty of space for large groups. There is a large secluded walled garden with patio area to the rear and steps lead up to a sun terrace. There is parking outside with visitors permits and pay & display.

On the ground floor there is a large games room with table tennis and dance floor, laundry room, cloakroom with WC and a double bedroom. The entrance hall leads to the rear garden.

The first floor has two sitting rooms and a dining room with access on to the front balcony which overlooks the bowling green. There is a good sized kitchen with sun terrace and serving hatch to the dining room. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and WC.

The second floor has five large bedrooms arranged as three doubles and two twins bedrooms. There are vanity units in some of the rooms. There is gas fired central heating and a log burner in the sitting room. A cot is available if required.

Waterloo House is a perfect base for larger groups (sleeps 10-12) to explore the North Devon and Cornwall coast.
